Customer replies to Outsource Mapper OR Contracted Mapper RFI
- All Outsourced & Contracted RFI responses from customers will “Assigned to Available”
Customer Replies to Internal Mapper RFI
- If the Mapping Analyst is in the office, do not reassign the order
- Full PTO
- If a Mapping Analyst is out of the office for the full day, ”Assign to Available” should be used for ALL RFI’s received for that user.
- Partial PTO
- RFI’s when they are going to be out for part of a day, begin assigning any RFI’d orders to “Available” one hour prior to their departure.
- ½ PTO – 11 AM
Mapping Analyst Responsibility
- If you are out a full day, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the RFI’s you received are distributed to other mappers prior to leaving.
